A Few Words About Us
The USVI Bureau of Motor Vehicles provides a coordinated delivery of services to the motoring public in the form of inspection of motor vehicles,
issuance of certificate of title and driver licenses,
and the maintenance and custody of these records.
The BMV is also mandated by law to collect fees relating to the delivery of these services.
